The TAOB fitness session teaches exercises designed to develop extraordinary core muscles – ‘abs of steel’ – that protect your internal organs. These exercises are distinct from traditional fitness regimes in that no force or pressure is applied to the body. By maintaining a natural low and regular breath there is no pressure to the system, differing from traditional cardio fitness regimes that use excessive oxygen.
The TAOB approach is simply ‘fitness in a chair’. A series of 9 simple exercises will burn fat, build core muscles, remove cellulite, shape your waist, hips and legs, and tone the upper body. You will see immense improvements to your posture and overall physical and mental health and strength.
